We’re a one stop shop for all your fundraising calendar needs. Everything is done in-house from design and printing through to despatch, ensuring that the entire process is controlled.
We need 4 working days to create your design. Once completed, we will send you a proof for your review. Production will only begin after you approve the proof and we receive full payment.
Please note that production time is estimated to take between 5 to 10 working days.
Please upload your images, image captions, key dates, sponsor logos, and any design brief notes that will help our designers create the best possible result.
Sending us your large files is easy. Please follow these steps first: ensure each image is named after the month you want the photo to appear on the calendar saved in a digital format, ideally as a Tiff, Jpeg, or psd files. Click the link to upload your photos and follow the on-screen instructions. We will check all of your images and notify you if any are of poor quality.
Orders are sent via overnight courier for delivery on the next working day and will require a signature. Dispatch costs are included in our prices in the costing calculator.
Yes, absolutely! We are a printer as our core business and so we are happy to take designs from elsewhere and run the print and despatch side. All we ask is that the artwork is set up to be print ready, with the necessary bleeds and trim marks. Most designers will understand these requirements.

Yes, we will email you a proof for review before we begin production. You are welcome to request any changes to the proof. We want your calendar to be a success! If you have any questions or need assistance, please let us know. If you would prefer a hard copy proof instead, please let us know when you place your order.
We offer a seasonal discount structure designed to encourage early orders. We’ve also priced our products to deliver significant savings on bulk orders. The prices shown in our Costing Calculator are our best prices.
Our layouts are designed for one photo per month. You can include multiple photos on a page, but please note that this will incur an additional artwork charge. For a customised price, feel free to contact us. Alternatively, if you have the necessary skills, you can provide us with a single image that contains multiple photos, ensuring it fits within the designated image area.
